Annie Mist Thorisdottir from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit Athlete. She also is the founder of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the only woman to take home in the CrossFit Games twice. In 2010, she finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete and media-star. Her fame has been built on being the first woman ever to win twice at CrossFit Games: in 2011 as well as 2012. Annie is the only woman to ever win successive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to an exceptional performance. Silver medals were awarded in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she was awarded a Bronze medal at the CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was started by Annie. Annie's growing fame as an athlete has seen her become the spokesperson for many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. Aside from that, she has a self-titled Youtube channel with a few thousand subscribers where her training diet family videos as well as travel videos are posted.
